DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Photos of the damage, defect, or fitment issue will be requested in order to correctly process your request.
PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED
For our Free shipping, the delivery time is 6-12 days normally.For Express shipping is 4-6 days. The delivery time may be delayed if it happens to have exteme weather or Health-affecting events happens at your local.
If the package fail in delivery, please contact us for refund.
Please note that we will not refund for the package which are marked signed on tracking number.
We ship packages within 24hours mostly. Please note that we unable to cancel the orders if it is shipped. If you would like to cancel the order which you placed within 12hrs, please contact us to cancel it. The money will be returned to your account once we cancel the order successfully if you paid via Paypal checkout. It may take 3~5 days for the return if you paid via Credit card.
BILLING, REFUNDS & CREDITS
Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Refunds for returned products are issued as soon as they are received by our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Google, eBillMe, or Check). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus applicable shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
